Job description:
- Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs.
- Review individual and organizational and management development needs and involving employees frequently in talent training.
- Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide- such as coaching- job-shadowing- online training and so on
- Management, development, and sales training designing and supplying a variety of training styles.
- Organize e-learning courses- workshops and other training for sales managers at branches.
- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and branch managers to develop their team members through career pathing.
- Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts, organize hiring and training activities and Supervise L&D Specialists
- Managing the development of the HR team from a training perspective
- Designing staple curriculums for all employees (i.e., values)
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years' experience of working on an L&D Manager - Training Manager or other relevant position
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills- with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
- BSc or BA degree/PG in Business, Psychology or other related areas; an additional certification such as CPLP will be a bonus
- The candidate should be fluent in Language speaking English, Telugu, and Hindi
