Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) - Job Description (Ahemdbad Location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and cultivating strong, long-term relationships.
• Actively promote and cross-sell a variety of financial products including SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equities to meet clients' unique investment needs and goals.
• Conduct personalized one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their financial objectives and offer tailored investment solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by generating business from both new and existing clients.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, addressing queries, and managing their evolving financial needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory updates.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in a sales role, ideally within BFSI, NBFC, Broking, or Banking sectors.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of products such as Equity, SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Banking.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools and basic CRM systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in selling CASA, Insurance, DMAT, SIPs, or Mutual Funds.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer-first mindset, with a knack for identifying and addressing clients' financial requirements.
• Prior experience in the broking industry or familiarity with the financial market is a plus.
