Job Title: Acquisition Manager - Wealth Management & Investment Products
Location: Bangalore&Mangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquire a minimum of 5 accounts with an initial margin of 1 Lac each.
2. Achieve a minimum of 1 Lac in gross insurance premiums every month (life, general, health, motor).
3. Drive month-on-month (MoM) revenue equivalent to 1x of CTC from third-party products, including insurance, TGS, Edu MO, IAP, PMS, PE, IAF, FD, bonds, etc.
4. Generate MoM transactional broking revenue (equity, currency, commodity) equivalent to 1x of CTC.
5. Research, investigate, and update clients on available investment opportunities and market trends to enhance their portfolio yields.
6. Build a strong client AUM book by bringing in existing clients and managing relationships effectively.
7. Focus on acquiring affluent and super-affluent clients within the market.

Role Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or wealth management with HNI clients.
• Team Handling Experience: Not required
• Preferred Background: Wealth Management, Banking, Investment Counseling
• Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in sales, wealth management, capital markets, and investment products.
