Sales Manager Job Description (Individual Contributor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and build strong relationships to drive business growth.
• Cross-sell a variety of financial products including SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equity to meet client needs.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their financial objectives and recommend appropriate investment solutions.
• Generate revenue from sourced clients and enhance relationships through continuous engagement.
• Achieve individual sales targets by successfully promoting investment products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, product offerings, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: At least 6 months in sales roles within BFSI, NBFC, Broking, or Banking sectors.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of Equity, Insurance, Banking, SIPs, and Mutual Funds.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in selling CASA, Insurance, Dmat, SIPs, and Mutual Funds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to identify and meet client needs.
• Familiarity with the broking industry and its operations is a plus.
