Job Title: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business expansion by acquiring new clients and building lasting, productive relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell a diverse range of financial products such as Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equities, aligning solutions with clients financial goals.
• Conduct personalized one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend tailored investment strategies.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets by securing new business and generating revenue from both new and existing clients.
• Continuously engage with clients to reinforce relationships, address concerns, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with the latest financial market trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes to better serve client needs.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably within the BFSI, NBFC, Broking, or Banking sectors.
• Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of Equity, Insurance, Banking Products, SIPs, and Mutual Funds.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in selling CASA, Insurance, Demat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Experience or exposure to the broking industry is a plus.
