Operations Manager

Our reputed client Know & Grow Exclusive is looking for an Operations Manager to manage the operations for a very unique program on Value Education catering to 5-14 years kids based on Jain principles. The program presently runs more than 30 onsite classrooms across 12 centers and 7 online classrooms for more than 300 children. Job specifications
- Manage the complete affairs of the client organization

- Supervise the content and non-content (admin) teams (for functions such as content development, content review, operations, marketing, accounts etc)

- Make strategic decisions along with management

- Coordinate with respective branch admins, mentors and parents

- Manage opening of new centres from lead stage till execution

- Manage events and celebrations

- Conduct admin-teacher training sessions

- Create contests and competitions

- Advertise and spread awareness

- Build effective communication channels

- Conduct interviews and handle hiring processes

- Perform overall observation and evaluation 


People specifications 
- Acquainted with Jain scriptures, beliefs and practices

- Possess good communication skills and presentation skills

- Adept in interacting with internal and external stakeholders

- Possess good interviewing and event management skills

- Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of work experience

- Candidate must be residing in Mumbai

- Flexible Timings Salary offered - INR 20000 - 25000 per month
