UI Architect - Delhi NCR

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced individual with expertise in Pega to assist our client with their digital transformation efforts. We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build innovative business solutions using the Pega platform. Work will include design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. Working on-site or offshore location as per project/customer requirement, this role will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
• Responsible for Application design & development PEGA 7.x and 8.x.
• Troubleshoot PEGA Application issues and fix.
• Participate in design discussion and understand the domain and requirements.
• Prepare Technical Specification Document. Implement performance improvement fixes.
• Strictly follow the standard coding and testing procedures.
• Capable of analysing requirements and create a quick prototype by developing software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
• Adoption to Agile execution methodologies, review of test plans, support UAT
• Good team player; able to work with virtual teams across geographies.
• Perform show & tell and demo activities for stakeholders and improve the application based on feedback.
