HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Assist with HR-related inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Preferred candidate profile :

• MBA - HR
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
