Job Description
- Act as the gatekeeper of quality , ensuring every release meets and exceeds industry standards.
- Design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks and scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing strategies to ensure flawless execution.
- Advocate for quality at every stage, identifying risks and implementing solutions to address them.
- Research and adopt new tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve QA processes .
- Take ownership of end-to-end testing, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle.
What We re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience , including extensive expertise in automation testing .
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices .
- Experience working in Agile environments , embedding QA into the development cycle.
- Passion for setting high-quality benchmarks and driving the flawless execution of QA processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
