Inside Sales Head ( B2B Sales )

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development:
   
• Manage, train, and mentor the inside sales team to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Foster a collaborative environment and provide ongoing coaching.
2. Sales Strategy:
   
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions to adapt the strategy.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion:
   
• Oversee the lead generation process and ensure high-quality prospects.
• Work with the team to convert leads into long-term business clients.
4. Relationship Management:
   
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
   
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Use CRM tools and other platforms to track performance and forecast sales.
