Curriculum Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pedagogy Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training teachers in schools, conducting professional development sessions, and providing ongoing support. This role involves a combination of pedagogy-focused training, technology integration, and hands-on support for teachers, especially in the use of educational apps.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Teacher Training:*

- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions on effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and pedagogical best practices.

- Guide teachers in adopting and implementing innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to teachers to support their professional development.

2. *Technology Integration and App Orientation:*

- Conduct basic demonstrations and orientations on educational apps and tools, ensuring teachers understand how to integrate them into their classrooms.

- Provide hands-on support to teachers for the installation, setup, and use of various digital learning platforms and apps.

- Assist teachers in troubleshooting issues with digital tools and apps.

3. *Support and Mentorship:*

- Serve as a point of contact for teachers seeking advice on pedagogical practices and the integration of technology in the classroom.

- Offer ongoing guidance and troubleshooting support for teachers using educational apps and digital resources.

- Foster a collaborative learning environment by promoting sharing of resources, strategies, and success stories.

4. *Assessment and Feedback:*

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback from teachers and school leaders.

- Collect data on the impact of pedagogy training and app usage, reporting insights to school administrators and stakeholders.

5. *Continuous Learning and Professional Growth:*

- Stay updated on the latest educational trends, pedagogical strategies, and technological advancements in the field of education.

- Engage in regular professional development to enhance your own training skills and knowledge of educational tools and technologies.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelors degree in Education, Pedagogy, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- Proven experience as a teacher or educator, with a strong understanding of pedagogical principles.

- Experience in teacher training, professional development, or coaching.

- Familiarity with a variety of educational technology tools and apps.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, school administrators, and other stakeholders.

- Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving and support.

*Desirable Skills:*

- Experience with online or blended learning environments.

*Work Environment:*
