Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle BRM Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity.

This role is critical for the development, customization, and maintenance of our Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) systems.

You will be a key contributor, working on complex projects that directly impact our revenue operations.

This position requires a deep understanding of BRM architecture, strong Java development skills, experience with integrations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Oracle BRM applications to meet specific business requirements. This includes working with pricing models, rating engines, billing cycles, customer management, and other core BRM modules.

- Write high-quality, efficient, and well-documented Java code for BRM customizations and integrations. This will involve using BRM APIs and SDKs.

- Implement and maintain integrations between BRM and other systems, including Salesforce, CRM platforms, ERP systems, and various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and API integration is essential.

- Work with Oracle Database, writing SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.

- Understanding of database performance optimization is a plus.

- Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues within the BRM environment. This includes debugging complex problems and working with other teams to find solutions.

- Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. Contribute to the overall quality of the codebase.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user manuals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years (or specify desired range) of proven experience in software development, customization, and integration, specifically with Oracle BRM.

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language, including experience with BRM APIs and SDKs.

- Solid understanding of Oracle Database and SQL.

- Extensive experience with BRM customization and configuration, including pricing, rating, billing, customer management, and other core BRM modules.

- Deep knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) and API integration.

- Experience with Salesforce integration is essential.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Understanding of AI and Blockchain technologies is desirable.

- Experience with mobile application development and IoT is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Oracle BRM certification is a significant advantage
