About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Tech Function department. This is a permanent position based in Bhubaneswar, with possible remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BSc / BCA / BE / BTech / MCA / ME / MTech
• Experience: 4 - 12 years of software development experience
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills

Primary Skills:

• PHP
• MySQL
• Laravel
• JavaScript
• CSS3

Secondary Skills:

• ReactJS
• VueJS
• NodeJS
• Experience with CRM (Added advantage)
• Proficiency with source code management (Github)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
2. Develop clean, well-designed, and testable code
3. Create flowcharts, layouts, and documentation for requirements and solutions
4. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and system upgrades
5. Mentor and guide junior team members
6. Lead small-sized teams effectively
