Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining smooth financial operations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records and processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies while ensuring adherence to all tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, evaluate financial performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize resources.
• Handle company transactions efficiently and coordinate annual audits in collaboration with external auditors.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, reconcile bank statements, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to accounting staff, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years experience in Core Accounting
• Degree in Accounts or Finance
• Taxation & Audit Knowledge
• Proficiency in financial software applications and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Excellent Communication skills
• Male Candidates Preferrable
