Responsibilities:
Project Management & Implementation:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or migration project (if applicable).
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee configuration of key modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets) to meet our specific business requirements.
- Develop and implement user training programs to ensure smooth user adoption of the new system.
Process Optimization & Automation:
- Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation using Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
- Develop and implement best practices for financial operations within the Fusion Financials environment.
- Ensure efficient and accurate financial data management across all relevant modules.
Technical Expertise & Support:
- Possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials functionality and configuration options.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to the finance team in utilizing the system effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest updates, features, and best practices for Oracle Fusion Financials.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team on all matters related to Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (IT, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of the system with existing processes.
- Communicate clearly and concisely to stakeholders to ensure project progress and system adoption.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial accounting with a strong focus on ERP systems.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, configuration, and optimization (Cloud or On-Premise).
- In-depth knowledge of core Fusion Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience and strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with financial reporting tools is a plus
