Job Summary:

- Cranium IT is seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Specialist to manage and optimize payroll processes using SAP HR.

- The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll execution, compliance with statutory regulations, and maintain the integrity of employee payroll data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes in SAP HR, including payroll calculation, deductions, and disbursement.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations (Income Tax, PF, ESI), and statutory reporting requirements.

- Configure and maintain SAP payroll modules to support payroll needs, including any customizations.

- Resolve payroll-related issues and provide troubleshooting support for payroll discrepancies.

- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to implement process improvements and streamline payroll operations.

- Generate payroll reports, handle audits, and ensure accurate records of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.

- Monitor SAP system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure continued functionality.

- Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations affecting payroll and ensure compliance.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HR Payroll.

- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory compliances.

- Experience in SAP payroll configuration, including customizing pay structures and statutory components.

- Analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot payroll issues.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate payroll-related data effectively.

- Proficiency in generating payroll reports and managing payroll audits.
