Trainer

Role & Responsibilities :

• The person will be responsible for entire capability building of Merchandiser, Promoter and Supervisor layer.
• Responsible for Product and Soft Skills training of the employees
• Mode of delivery will be Classroom Training and On the Job Training
• Should be able to create training content
• Planning & successful execution of training calendar/OJT
• Responsible for Team's Performance & Assessment Scores
• Comfortable in travelling PAN India for trainings

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in soft skills & product trainings
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
• Good Presentation & Collaboration skills
• Candidate from FMCG experience will be preferred
