Urgent Opening For TELE Caller Executive (Female)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with travel agencies in the South Region, promoting our products, following up for business, and handling back-office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Tasks:

• Call and engage with travel agencies across the South Region to introduce and explain our products and services.
• Follow up with agencies to generate business opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in back-office operations, including invoice generation and portal updates.
• Schedule appointments with travel agencies and corporate clients for direct visits.
• Collect feedback from agencies and corporate clients to enhance our service quality.
• Manage and coordinate back-office tasks to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with clients over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and data entry on online portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in the travel industry or a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Education: Graduates

Experience: 0.6mths to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
