Job Description


Job Title: Manager Sales
Location: Chennai
Experience:  Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel or airline industry.


Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth and market presence by aggressively promoting and selling Air and Non-Air products in a B2B environment. This role focuses on expanding our client base through strategic relationship management and effective team leadership, ensuring consistent revenue generation and market competitiveness.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain and promote company sales for Air and Non-Air products through aggressive market engagement.
  • Meet regularly with travel agents to establish and nurture new accounts across various cities.
  • Manage existing travel agent accounts, ensuring ongoing revenue generation and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and lead a multi-city sales team, including target planning, distribution, and performance tracking.
  • Navigate corporate processes and engage with admin managers, procurement teams, and HR to facilitate B2B sales.
  • Monitor and report on all marketing activities, providing relevant insights and management information.
  • Actively pursue and convert sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Travel frequently to engage with clients and drive sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, customizing product pitches to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct marketing activities targeted at B2C audiences.
  • Ensure optimal load factors for daily flights and manage overall responsibilities for the MAA station.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track sales activities and client interactions.

In this pandemic situation company not supported us , not giving single penny & management decided to close there all branch offices and 30th Apr 2020 they sack there all stuff. So in this company no job security is hare , work culture - management all seating to take there profits % ( Salary ) they don't think about there employees.
