Assistant Manager Sales Coordinator Revenue/Sales

Bengaluru, Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic candidate to join our team as a Revenue Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess a background in coordination, data management, making presentations, and have exposure to sales teams. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role, along with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational abilities.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Perform general office duties to support Revenue function (e.g., filing, sending emails).
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Gather materials and assemble information required
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information through Strategy team (e.g., commissions, leads etc) in Sales Force
  • Client Meetings at centre to support the revenue team
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, Revenue leaders and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
  • Presentation Skills - Sharp at PowerPoint
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with cross functions

  • Proven planning and organization skills CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 3 years or above Bachelor s degree.
  • 2 years or more relevant work experience.
  • Strong Customer Service focus and excellent client relationship management is a must.
  • Good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, broad knowledge of business functions.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives and progressive mindset is highly desirable.

Preferred qualifications

  • 3 years or above Bachelor s degree.
  • 2 years or more relevant work experience.
