Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing documents and coordinating with vendors for Pre-qualification.
- Preparing tender documents with necessary agreement, Special contract conditions, general contract conditions, technical documents (BOQ & drawings).
- Conducting RFP/RFQ with complete documentation.
- Conducting Prebid meetings including technical, user team & Vendors.
- Preparing rate analysis as per the user requirements.
- Conducting techno-commercial meeting with vendors
- Preparing RCs for Refurbishment jobs, GC works, IT related works (Passive, Active, ACS, AV, Firewall, CCTV, etc).
- Conducting regular vendor meetings for performance evaluation and discussing feedback provided by user.
- Onboarding new vendors as per the organization's requirements.
- Preparing business case for internal approvals as per Procurement Policy.
- Issuing LOI to shortlisted vendor & subsequently preparing PO & WO in SAP.
- Verifying variation statement, analyzing rates for NT items & negotiating with vendors.
- Developing vendor base for GC, Civil & Interiors, MEP, Direct supplies (Furniture, Lights, HVAC etc) for all regions.
- Reduction of CAPEX cost.
- Being compliant to the Procurement policies laid by the company and ensure 100% readiness to Audit.
- MIS & Reports to be shared regularly.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience required - 7+ years
- Interior Fitout industry with knowledge of vendor ecosystem, rate analysis and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in SAP HANA is preferred.
