Covalense Digital Solutions - Senior Project Manager (9-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Estimate the scope and scale of projects and create detailed project plans.

- Effectively remove impediments to enable the team to complete work within the defined project timelines.

- Plan and sequence project schedules and activities using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project (MPP).

- Coordinate project and resource planning to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.

- Streamline and manage project deliverables, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Provide status updates through various reporting formats for the Business Technology Team (BTT), Business Operations, and internal stakeholders.

- Tailor reporting formats to suit different audiences, ensuring clarity and transparency.

- Manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and expectations are set correctly -throughout the project lifecycle.

- Effectively manage changes in project scope, ensuring that changes are documented and tracked accurately.

- Coordinate and document technical deliverables and any changes associated with them.

- Handle Client Requests (CR), Change Orders (CO), and Purchase Orders (PO) as part of ongoing project management activities.

- Follow up with clients to ensure all project-related documentation and requirements are met.

- Track and coordinate multiple teams across various organizational initiatives, including staffing, performance assessments (PPA), and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in project management, especially in services-oriented environments, handling Time & Material (T&M) based projects.

- Expertise in project planning and resource management, with hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project (MPP), or similar.

- Strong ability to create and manage project schedules, including sequencing and resource allocation.

- Effective communication skills, both for internal team collaboration and external stakeholder management.

- Experience with status reporting, managing project changes, and coordinating technical deliverables.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to track and manage multiple projects or initiatives at once.
