HOD/Lead - Functional Consulting

Location: Mumbai.

Travel is Mandatory : Client site travel is required.

Current work experience: 4-6 years.

As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in overseeing and mentoring a team of junior functional consultants specializing in various process industries, including chemicals, FMCG, F & B, metals, cement, textiles and more. Your primary responsibilities include supporting the Functional Consultant Team lead in addressing client escalations and providing expertise in complex logic development and solving client problems using our analytics product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Passionate to provide value to client and use creative thinking to solve customer problems through analytics.
• Act as the point of contact for client escalations, addressing and resolving issues with a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for problem resolution.
• Understanding complex client requirements and simplifying them for the functional consultants.
• Consulting our clients to leverage our product effectively to solve the business problems
• Developing industry domain knowledge/ project repository across multiple projects
• Drive implementation of the KPIs, reports, dashboards on the analytics platform with the help of functional consultants
• Facilitate use case / case study development to aid sales team in furthering sales.
• Address additional requirements/ queries/ details from the client.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education & Technical Skills:
• Engineering preferred/Graduate degree in data science. Post graduation in Data Science/Analytics is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI Platforms/ Visualization dashboards
• Basic knowledge of SQL/ JSON
• Hands on Microsoft Excel, Word
• Experience in client facing roles
• Exposure to write business logics in Python/ Java or any other languages
