We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at CourseVita. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients within the education sector. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative ed tech solutions to corporate training programs, professional development organisations, vocational institutes, and other educational institutions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the education sector, including corporate training programs, professional development organisations, vocational institutes, and other educational institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as corporate learning managers, training coordinators, and program directors.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of students, educational institutions and effectively communicate how our edtech solutions can address those needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our edtech products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
Drive sales growth through effective utilization and integration of CRM software, optimizing sales processes, and providing training and support to the sales team.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Provide counselling to students for selecting the right course for their career.
Requirements
Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the education or technology sector.
Strong understanding of the education industry, including corporate training, professional development, and vocational education markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable).
