The Data Systems Analyst will manage the ticketing system for course maintenance requests, monitor workflows, and analyze data to optimize processes. This role ensures that team activities are well-organized and efficiently executed.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of course maintenance and revision requests.
Analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Provide scheduling and resource allocation support to the team leader.
Generate reports on team performance, project progress, and key metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all systems and reports.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a data analysis or systems management role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and ticketing systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
