Job Description
Backend engineers who lead Coupang IT's Enterprise Software are experts in developing and maintaining software applications that include all backend components. With the various technologies they possess, they build and deploy web applications that will improve business efficiency within Coupang, and they also have the development and skills necessary for operation.
Job Description
- Lead and implement the service project in one or more complex team collaboration structures to improve Coupang's Enterprise Software service satisfaction and business efficiency.
- Drive the growth of colleagues and junior developers through project progress
- Design and Development of Coupang Enterprise Web Service
- Developing solutions for integration with other enterprise services
Qualifications
- Someone with more than 12 years of experience developing back-end services
- Someone with experience developing backend web services for customers
- Anyone with development experience using Spring Boot
- Anyone with development experience based on Container/SQL/RESTful API
- Someone who can actively express their intentions, humbly accept others' opinions, and develop problem-solving skills through technical discussions with team members.
- Someone who has experience solving a given problem through a deep dive
- People who enjoy continuous learning and sharing about technology
Preferential treatment
- Someone with experience in designing and developing Web Services
- Anyone who uses AWS and has an understanding of its services
- Anyone with experience developing ORMs such as JPA or Hibernate
- Anyone with experience using Git-related repositories
- Anyone with experience developing Enterprise Services
- Experience in managing and monitoring service outages
- Anyone with Python development experience
