Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate program manager who can drive strategic programs in Global operations technology organization, by successfully championing and aligning with other tech leaders and stakeholders, influencing, and building trust with teams, and executing delivery of complex interconnected projects.
Responsibilities -
- Partner with Product / Business / Tech owners in identifying long-term capabilities / initiatives that need to be managed in-line with the Organizational strategic choices.
- Own and execute one or more top level key strategic initiatives on need basis partnering with senior leadership team
- Delivery results in a fast-paced environment, which requires managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Should have the ability for long term thinking and strategic problem solving
- Strong stakeholder management, plan and organize with and through people to gather information from across the organization and write/create cohesive documents to make business recommendations
Must haves -
- Extraordinarily strong people skills: ability to influence people, negotiate and be unflustered in crucial conversations.
- Ability to influence senior leadership teams within the org to ensure there is alignment and commitment towards driving the Program team s vision and charter.
- Technology savvy with deep understanding of technology trends
- Excellent judgment, strong initiative, and highly organizational savvy
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Deliver results in a fast-paced environment, which often requires the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Solve problems and think strategically/critically
- Ability to thrive in an evolving environment and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong understanding of program & project management
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with ability to formulate clear and concise executive messages to internal and external stakeholders
- Personal and professional integrity at all times and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications -
- 12+ years industry experience in total with min 4+ years product / technology background in implementing tech solutions addressing business outcomes.
- Sound understanding of Software development, in particular Agile methodologies and a knowledge in adapting them
- Must have led large, multi-function programs / initiatives that addressed end customer s pain points / business outcomes directly.
- Experience in setting-up and leading a high impact team which delivered exceptional value to the organization
Nice to have
- MBA from top tier B-school
