Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage content creation, scheduling, and community engagement on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with design teams for the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies for photoshoots, ads, and promotional activities.
• Create digital content (social media posts, website copy, emails) aligned with brand identity.
• Track and analyze marketing performance for campaign optimization.
• Plan and manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing content is consistent with the brands voice and values.
• Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Skills

• Fashion retail marketing experience is preferred.
• Design background (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills for campaign optimization.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
