Designation : Team Lead

Eligibility:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills required
• Minimum 2Yrs of experience as a team lead on papers mandatory
• Customer support experience in handling voice projects for US based clients.
• Experience in US Healthcare preferred
• Should be good with MS-Office(Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ready to work from office
• Ready to work in rotational shifts(Including Night shifts)
