Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and lead project sales within the assigned region, building strong relationships with architects and other stakeholders.
- Promote and sell products in the Lighting/Electricals industry with a focus on project specifications.
- Manage and execute sales strategies, achieving sales targets while expanding business growth.
- Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in Project Sales within the Lighting, Wires, Cables, or Switchgears industries.
- Experience in engaging and working with Architect Networks.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
