Job Title : NOC Engineer (L2).

Location : Gujarat, India.

Education : B.Tech/B./MCA.

Total Experience : 5+ years.

Relevant Experience : 4+ years.

Certifications (Preferred) : CCNA, CCNP, F5.

Technical Skills :

Network Infrastructure : Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs.

Routing Protocols : BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.

Switching Protocols : VRRP, HSRP, VLAN, STP, LACP, Inter-VLAN Routing.

Load Balancing : LLB, SLB, GSLB.

Network Security & Monitoring : Packet capture analysis, troubleshooting, and network health monitoring.

Data Center Networking : Spine-leaf architecture (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise-grade firewalls and security policies.

- Familiarity with automation and scripting for network management.

- Cloud networking knowledge is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network performance and security.

- Handle escalated incidents and provide advanced technical support.

- Configure and optimize routing, switching, and load balancing.

- Manage firewalls, VPNs, and security configurations.

- Perform planned upgrades, maintenance, and documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless network operations.
