Overview:

The Business Operations Analyst will enhance business efficiency by analyzing processes, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. This role involves driving cost optimization and P&L efficiency while providing insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.

- Process Coordination: Lead cross-functional workflows, managing dependencies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

- Costing & P&L Efficiency: Monitor costs, analyze financial data, and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide actionable insights through data analysis, tracking key metrics, and preparing regular performance reports.

- Communication & Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and outcomes through regular updates and reports.

- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize processes and reduce risks.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and suggesting process enhancements.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

- CA or MBA in Finance.

- 5+ years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, or related roles.

- Strong expertise in managing stakeholders, analyzing costs, and driving profitability.

- Proficiency in data analysis

- Highly proficient in xcel and ppt

- Analytical capabilities related to costing , p&l efficiencies and monitoring,

- Well versed with managing business finance teams in distributed locations
