Job Description:

- Candidate only from Corporate Hospital experience preferred.

- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.

- Reviewed and implemented HR policies established a performance management system.

- Drive manpower budget reviews and headcount rationalization.

- Facilitate& train the trainer programs across all healthcare centers in India to bolster L&D initiatives.

- Implement employee retention and designed activities for employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations across PAN India, adhering to state statutes and conducting succession planning for leadership roles.
