Designation : Business Development Manager

Qualification : Any UG/PG Degree

Experience : 3 to 8 years

Location : Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

 Identify and establish partnerships with new channel partners to expand the company's market reach.

 Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales through existing and new channels.

 Collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and develop joint business plans.  Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

 Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to achieve sales targets.

 Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with channel partners.

 Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to support channel partner initiatives and product launches.

 Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

 This position is purely a field job, Business development manager must be in field majority of the working hours.

 Reporting on the day's work to Head Office through WhatsApp reports

 Approach educational institutions, Organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential markets.

 Contact potential Customers to establish rapport and fix appointments and meetings

 Contact Customers to inform about new developments in the Companys products & services
