Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Public Policy Consultant to help shape and influence the policies of our clients / government agencies. The successful candidate will analyse current political trends, laws and regulations, develop policy reports, and advise on potential impacts and responses.

Responsibilities:

Conduct fact-based research and analysis.
Assist with the publication of research commentaries and papers.
Evaluate new and established research sources.
Prepare materials that summarize data and draw conclusions to support key business discussions.
Engage in strategic planning and advocacy.
Participate in campaigns and public affairs.
Apply insights and experiences from public services to enhance research and policy recommendations.

Qualifications:

Preferably a Post Graduate; Bachelors accepted with suitable experience and skills.
Experience in public services is highly desirable.
Strong team management skills.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive employee relations.
Willingness to work in the field.
Proficiency in Konkani, English, and Hindi.
Preference for candidates native to Goa.
