Job Description

Developing and implementing long-term operational strategies that align with the organizations overall goals and objectives. Overseeing multiple operational projects simultaneously, including supply chain management, quality assurance, logistics, manufacturing, and assembly.Interacting with customers and coordinating internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Electronics, Preferable MBA from a reputed Institute Experience in Embedded Hardware & System Integration in the Avionics and Defense domain Experienced in end-to-end Hardware Product Development & System Integration Life Cycle. Experienced in multi-processor design, integration testing, and performance validation. Experience of 5-10 years of relvent experience in operations management, with at least five years of experience in a leadership role.
