Outreach Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote government projects, programs, and initiatives through various channels such as social media, mass communication, networking, e-governance, public relations, and awareness campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify target audiences and develop tailored outreach plans that meet their needs.
  
• Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
  
• Monitor progress against goals and adjust outreach efforts accordingly.
  
• Provide regular reports on outreach activities' impact on desired outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in outreach management or a related field (e.g., advertising & marketing).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably specialization in Advertising/Mass Communication or Marketing).
  
• Strong understanding of government projects' requirements for effective promotion through various channels.
