Communications Executive

Job Overview: We seek an experienced and dynamic Communications Executive to lead our communications efforts at Sampark Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute corporate communication strategies to support business goals and enhance the companys reputation across all channels, online and offline.
• Align communication plans with the companys strategic objectives, ensuring consistency across all messaging.
• Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Enhance internal communication initiatives to engage employees and promote a positive organizational culture.
• Develop internal newsletters, announcements, and executive communications.
• Creation of content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and presentations.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the companys values and objectives.
• Develop and manage communication strategies to engage key stakeholders
• Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
• Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve communication efforts continuously.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling messages.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Communications, PR, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in education.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of print and digital marketing materials
• Event planning experience and agency background are a plus.

Location: Noida, Sector 132 (On-Site)

Working days: 5 days a week with 2nd Saturday compulsory work and working hours 10 am - 7pm.
