Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating efficient HR operations, and contributing to the achievement of overall organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, acting as a point of contact for grievances or disputes.
Manage HR administrative tasks such as contracts, offer letters, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment practices and policies
Education & Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in related field (preferred).
