Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling quotations, tendering, bidding, and order acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations to customers.
2. Knowledge working with Gem Portal
3. Work with Manufacturing team to get the quote for the project.
4. Assist in the tendering process, ensuring all requirements are met.
5. Participate in bidding activities, maximizing the company's chances of winning contracts.
6. Liaise with customers to ensure smooth order acceptance and processing.
7. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business opportunities.
