7. Providing Specialized Safety Training

  • Specialize training for employees in high-risk areas such as working with hazardous materials (e.g., paints, solvents), machine operation, heavy lifting, or confined space entry.
  • Train supervisors and team leaders in safety leadership, emergency response coordination, and incident investigation to ensure they are equipped to handle safety-related issues.
  • Offer training on emergency preparedness, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid certification.

8. Conducting Safety Drills and Simulations

  • Simulate real-life scenarios in a controlled environment to help employees practice emergency responses (e.g., machine malfunctions, medical emergencies).
  • Ensure that emergency response plans are well-communicated and that employees know how to act in different emergency situations.

9. Maintaining Safety Training Records

  • Document training sessions, including dates, attendees, and topics covered, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain employee safety certifications and keep track of renewal dates for certifications like first aid or machine operation.

  • Coordinate with external safety experts or consultants to bring in specialized training when necessary.

11. Ensuring Proper Use of PPE
