Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 12-16 years of proven experience in IT project delivery and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience managing complex technical projects, particularly in software development involving .NET, Angular, and quality assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead multiple cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies

- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects

- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management

- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budgetary constraints

- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks

- Track and report project metrics, KPIs, and delivery progress

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication

Team Management :

- Lead and motivate development teams (.NET, Angular, QA)

- Resource planning and capacity management

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

- Remove impediments and streamline delivery processes

- Manage team performance and professional development

Client Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Manage scope, change requests, and expectations

- Provide regular status updates and executive reporting

- Lead client meetings and presentations

- Negotiate project scope and deliverables

Required Experience :

- 12-16 years of IT project management experience

- 8+ years of Agile project delivery experience

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project. Client based projects, client liaison, pre-sales, and cross-functional development will fall within the ambit of your responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.

- Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.

- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.

- Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration development, and methodology standards.

- Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit center.

- Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.

- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU :

- Good technical experience in Java, Angular, DevOps,AWS, Cloud, Microsoft technologies and open source projects.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.

- Strong exposure to implementation of Process

- Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.

- Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe.

- Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.

- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.

- Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the delivery center.

- Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and or change control process.

- Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the Service Delivery and the Customer.

- Drive and coordinate crisis management.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Experience in handling multiple project Management skills

ROLE EXPECTATIONS :

- 9+ years of experience, having technical delivery exposure with leadership skills. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into delivery metrics, involve in delivering complex digital project, plan at a higher level and get into the detail when needed.

- You would be actively involved in defining delivery needs and feeding them into the process, optimizing allocation and distribution. We also like you to have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage complex programs and troubleshooting technical issues when required. Responsibilities
