Job Title: Senior Manager

Location: Base location Mumbai

- Responsible for strategizing and growing the company across multiple sectors & market segment in the Sustainability / ESG Services related Business segment in India, APAC, MENA.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor / Masters in Engineering / Environmental Engineering

- Experience in Sustainability reports/GCC Accounting/ Carbon Footprinting

- Relevant discipline experience in green building certifications / sustainability related consulting experience in international projects.

- Knowledge of rating systems such as LEED, IGBC , USGBC , GRIHA , Fitwell is preferred

- Knowledge of International Certifications shall be added advantage - Mostadam, Estidama, Greenmark

- Proven track record of successfully managing Sustainability / ESG projects, engaging with clients, and delivering measurable results.

- Understanding of ESG frameworks (CSRD, GRI etc.), sustainability principles, climate-related risks, and social impact metrics.

- Experience in EIA (Environmental Impact Analysis), EC, CGWC (Central Ground Water Clearance)

Documentation, related client handling and liaising formalities

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret ESG data, perform quantitative analysis, and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in crafting compelling client proposals, reports, and presentations.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, client relationship building, and strategic planning.

- Experience of working with senior management levels of leading companies in the industry for various sustainability services

- Proven ability to keep multiple teams aligned while executing organizational initiatives.

Experience: 15+ years industry experience Job Requirement:

- Lead the overall Sustainability Services portfolio offered by the company & develop Go-To-Market Strategy, Industry specific roadmaps, marketing roll-out campaigns & business plans to grow market share.

- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on ESG integration, sustainability reporting, climate risk assessment, and other relevant topics.

- Develop and implement frameworks, policies, and programs tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives.

- Engage Clients to identify their specific needs, develop new business opportunities and customizing solutions to support Clients in meeting their specific Sustainability & ESG objectives.

- Shall remain the Technical focal point to Clients/Regions on co-ordination of all sustainability projects, service delivery and overseeing quality and reliability of deliverables.

- Take the lead to set up milestones, coordination with the respective agencies and involve in the team formation to execute projects, monitor progress and submit Management Information reports.

- Remain updated about new sustainability trends & changes in various sectors including competitor analysis & consolidate this to fine-tune Strategy.

- Provide Regional Business Developement teams with necessary technical and commercial support for proposal development for specific Sustainability Service offerings.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging best practices in the Sustainability & ESG space and share insights with clients and internal teams.
