Site Civil Engineer - Residential

Role & responsibilities

1. Plan construction work and submit Gantt charts for multiple sites within Gurgaon.

2. Execute in accordance with the submitted plan.

3. Raise and report any variance from the original plan.

4. Record and maintain the material consumption records for various activities on site.

5. Record and maintain the individual task level execution performance metrices.

6. Oversee the overall quality of construction.

7. Validate the attendance records.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Diploma or B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

2. More than 2 years of experience in civil construction.

3. Knowledge of interior work in luxury residential buildings.

4. Knowledge of AutoCAD is plus.
