Oracle Functional Lead II, Manufacturing/Planning
- Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Drive meetings to gather requirements for Oracle Manufacturing application enhancements.
- Responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Manufacturing application modules.
- Conduct end-user training as required for Oracle Enhancements.
- Collaborate with other IT functional teams to develop processes for internal customers.
- Conduct support for solutions deployed .
Required Education, Experience Skills:
- 7+ experience on Oracle E-business Suite - specifically in core manufacturing and planning modules
- Strong expertise on Manufacturing /Planning modules ( Inventory, PDH/PIM, ENG, BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality, ASCP, Inventory planning)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent, or a combination of education and experience
- Experience in Oracle Manufacturing/Planning end-to-end implementations/Support and modules (Inventory, PDH/PIM, ENG, BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality, ASCP, Inventory planning. Cloud Planning)
- PL/SQL experience within Oracle EBS Suite
- Knowledge of 3rd party integrations with Oracle
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
- Work with Oracle Technical support on SR resolution
- Experience documenting incidents, resolve, or escalate tickets accordingly
- Ability to collaborate with IT and Business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution
- Ability and experience to develop training material and application documentation, as required
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time with possible international travel.
Preferred Education, Experience Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Distribution (PO and OM) and WMS modules
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Planning
