IVF Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Collaborating with the IVF department under the guidance of HOD.
2. Coordinating patient care plans by liaising with care providers and medical professionals to meet patient needs.
3. Utilizing HIMS for patient summaries and coordinating follow-up appointments.
4. Monitoring daily OPD patients and ensuring timely follow-ups.
5. Following up with patients registered for IVF Packages and infertility treatment.
6. Contributing to the enhancement of patient care quality in the facility.
7. Creating efficient systems and workflows within the department.
8. Attending departmental meetings and staying updated on medical and non-medical initiatives.
9. Collecting and verifying patient data, insurance, and financial information.
10. Managing the departmental budget, ensuring top-notch service while mindful of financial considerations.
11. Meeting with patients and families to address needs and resolve any concerns.
12. Managing branding materials such as IVF brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials.
13. Coordinating with the digital marketing department and consultants for various promotional activities.
14. Greeting and directing patients to examination rooms.
15. Scheduling and reminding patients of appointments, informing them about delays if necessary.
16. Obtaining patients' basic details for registration in software.
17. Assisting patients with filling out necessary forms and providing support for billing.
18. Reviewing patient accounts, identifying delinquencies, and collecting overdue payments.
19. Handling patient inquiries or complaints, directing them to the appropriate medical staff.
20. Following up with patients to ensure satisfactory resolution of inquiries or complaints.
21. Performing administrative and clerical duties, including filing paperwork.
22. Booking new and follow-up appointments for patients.
23. Registering both OPD and IPD walking patients.
24. Collecting feedback during patient discharge.
25. Coordinating patient appointments with consultants.
26. Preparing estimates for patient procedures.
27. Any additional task assigned by HOD.
