1. Inform and train volunteers from within the APC Community for specific areas of
involvement in Social Action Initiatives. Coordinate their engagement professionally so that work is carried out with excellence.
2. Identify specific areas/communities/people who can be assisted, and develop clearly defined, actionable, measurable initiatives for them in the areas of education, vocation skills development, short-term financial assistance for food/provisions and medical care. Other efforts addressing other social challenges may be added over time.
3. Where appropriate liaise with other organizations/ministries carrying out similar social work, to enhance work already being done.
4. Monitor effectiveness of APC s Social Action Initiatives and ensure continuous improvement and benefit to the people/communities.
6. Report and work closely with the Senior Pastor to implement new ideas, strategies, and initiatives within the framework of APC s Social Action Initiative.
