Roles & Responsibilities Robo Operator cum Programmer

• Programming and operating robotic welding machines to weld various parts.
• Inspecting welds to ensure proper weld quality, especially about alignment, penetration, and fusion.
• Performing standard welding tasks such as spot welding & seam welding using robot welding machine.
• Adjusting robot welding machine welding positions based on knowledge of welding processes and techniques.
• Preparing work surfaces by cleaning, removing residue, and cutting materials to specified sizes or shapes.
• Operating machines such as grinders, presses.
• Loading and unloading parts on fixture and supporting to production.
• Programming, Robo Breakdown resolving.
• Should have the experiences in 6 Axis welding robot.
• Repairing or replacing malfunctioning equipment parts such as motors or sensors
• Experience of working with ABB / Kuka Robo operating experience is an added advantage.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Robot welding machine & equipment
• Monitor the quality of parts produced
• Able to check and measure the accuracy of components
• Able to work accurately and pay attention to detail
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Able to work fluently on jigs and fixtures.
• Able to design and supervise making jigs and fixtures with the help of design engineer.
• Reporting to production supervisor & manager on production outputs, Quality rejections, Machine breakdowns & other works delegated by reporting manager.
• Co-ordinate with Welding inspectors & Quality inspectors for the welding quality and part dimensions.
• Maintain 5S on their workplace

Roles and responsibilities for Quality Engineer:

1.Conducting vendor assessment and supplier audits both internal and external as per the ISO 9000-2015 standard.

2.Advise and support Quality Person on day-to-day production issues and process controls.

3.Conducting & Supporting MRM, QR /QC, meeting regularly and Monthly with internal Stack holders.

4.Collect and evaluate supplier quality to identify feasibility study Product & process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.

5.Regularly communicate with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain team members internally to identify opportunities for quality and productivity improvement.

6. Ensuring that APQP, SPC, MSA & PPAPs are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.

7. Maintaining the component PPAP database and updating departmental KPIs.

8.inspect and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials

9. Organizing internal/external measurements as necessary to validate PPAPs.

10.Assisting suppliers develop and maintain Component Quality Plans, as necessary.

11. Maintenance of the Component Quality Plan Database.

12. Creating and maintaining component inspection plans.

13. Raising reject notes and requesting 8D reports from the supplier.

14.Supporting supplier root cause analysis and corrective action planning, as required.

15.Verifying implementation and effectiveness of supplier performance monitoring &correction actions.

16. Collating and evaluating supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.

17. Acting as Senior Supplier Development Engineer when required, by leading supplier improvement activities.

18.Involving in Kaizen improvement, 5S activities regular & Monthly basis as per the KPI.

18.Reporting internally on supplier quality performance.

Roles & Responsibilities - Finance Executive:

Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions

Track and reconcile bank statements

Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)

Process tax payments

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed

Provide administrative support during budget preparation

Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Roles & Responsibilities – Press Brake Operator / Bending Machine Operator

• Set up and operate a press brake according to specifications.
• Operates a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates. Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules. Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials available.
• Responsible to understand sheet metal drawings
• Responsible for Folding, Programming Folding, Telem Software and Hydraulic Machine
• Responsible for Operating and Controlling sheet metal Bending Machine, Producing Quality Products and Maintaining the Machine.
• Monitor the operation of the press brake machine, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet the required specifications, dimensions, quality standards
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired results
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine proper measurements and tolerances
• Position metal plates and sheets onto the press brake machine and accurately align them according to the specified measurements.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press brake machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or notify the maintenance department for repairs.
• Communicate with team members to ensure production schedule is met.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• Roles & Responsibilities- Production Engineer:
• Liaise with other managers & engineers to formulate objectives and understand requirements of production.
• Estimate cost of production including Man hours and prepare resources.
• Monitor and record skill matrix of workmen and upgrade them time to time.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor production to resolve issues.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
• Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Report to upper management on production achievement and needs in regular basis.
• Maintain OEE, 5S, OTD & other KPI levels.
• Achieve Management targets.
• Planning and Maintain Production Capacity.
• Plan and supervise the fabrication, assembly, and testing of component or system prototypes Manage project costs Draft, manage, and revise technical documents, reports, and presentations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and consultation to customers and subcontractors.
