What You'll Do :

- As a UI/UX Design Lead, you'll lead our team of talented designers and own the quality of all design outcomes.

- Your role is critical in driving better user experiences that directly impact our clients' revenue.

- You'll be responsible for managing design projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards and
excellent UX/UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead & Manage a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring project quality and timelines are met.

- Develop & Implement UX strategies that align with client goals and conversion rate optimization.

- Collaborate with data analysts, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to improve overall site experience.

- Conduct UX Audits for client eCommerce sites, identifying key improvement areas like product discovery, category pages, and checkout experiences.

- Take Ownership of design quality and results, proactively addressing any UX challenges.

- Mentor & Guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

- Stay Updated with industry trends to ensure fresh and effective design approaches.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1 year in a junior level managerial role (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong background in UX-focused projects, not just UI-ability to think holistically about user experience.

- Proven experience in designing for eCommerce and improving online conversion rates.

- A candidate with Design education is preferred.

- Experience conducting UX audits and implementing design improvements.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills-comfortable with client interactions and feedback.

- Hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
