• 10+ years of experience in Frontend Development.
• Expertise in React, Svelte, advanced JavaScript, and custom JS frameworks.
• Proficiency in WASM development, SASS, LESS, and bundling tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for intuitive interfaces.
• A solid GitHub portfolio with real-world projects and open-source contributions.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior developers.
• Enthusiasm for speaking at conferences and meetups to represent ConverSight.
